Keith said the business is okay. He has been there before and has recommended them to others, but the last visit was a bit disappointing. The vehicle was making a horrible sound and he asked them to check it. They wanted to do a bit of work that he, as a college student, really could not afford. He did not elaborate as to what they wanted to do. He asked them to just do what needed to be done to correct the noise. When he picked up the vehicle, it was still making the noise. He took a technician out with him to test drive the vehicle, and before he stopped at the stop sign, the technician told him the ball joints were rusted. If they knew that was the problem, they should have just performed that work and not the other unspecified work they did.
