What a terrible experience and service! I received a recall letter to replace a fuse so scheduled my vehicle accordingly. I dropped off the vehicle the night before at the dealership. The next day I hadn't heard anything so called the dealership at 4pm to see if the vehicle was ready for pickup. I was told the service was completed and the vehicle was ready for pickup. A few days later I get a text from the dealership that the part is now in. I called them and told them they must be mistaken as it was already there a full day and they told me it was all set. Not the case! The next week I get a text that the part is now in so I should reschedule another service appointment for install. Once again I dropped off the vehicle the night before. The next morning I get a text that the vehicle is all set for pickup and the part is ordered and won't be in until next week!!! You have got to be kidding me!!! I need to now schedule a third appointment for a known pre-scheduled recall service of replacing a fuse? Absolutely unacceptable!!!
