When cars are parked legally and you take tHem , when it was at a meter parking lot , owned by Danbury because face is who collects the change from meters it’s a scam !! Coming from nyc I KNOW many people who do this for a living it’s absolutely a disgrace they take peoples cars and charge whatever price they seem fit , I was even told by the cop who was called that it’s unfair and he doesn’t agree !!! What a disgrace this is how people want to make their money !!! Prey on the younger kids too how horrible - trust me pretty sure u watched and picked who you wanted to tow as well poor young 17 year olds and a mom with a buncha kids - figuring we’ll just pay !! Absolutely horrible I didn’t let go without a fight and trust me this isn’t over ! You never know who people know in the towns of Danbury !!!

Extortionists!
We’re from out of town for a funeral for 3 days and not familiar with random laws about backing into a visitor’s parking spot in a complex. With many cars backed in, they randomly select our car at night after just 1 hour visiting, and when we go to get the car, they charge extra fees for “after hours” and take cash only. They fix cars too. I can only imagine the made up charges these criminals come up with. Extortionists who randomly patrol lots “after hours” so they can charge random fees much higher than what’s posted but refer you to the smallest line at the bottom about “other charges may apply,” and hold your car until you pay them cash! I call the police and I didn’t even have to give their name as they are known as “criminals” who patrol lots. Disgusting. I wish I could give 0 stars. Shame on you!

Total scam artists.
They prey on younger drivers. Have complete disrespect for the people they are dealing with. Dispatchers and drivers completely unprofessional and Rude. They have a scam going with the the property across the street from the Ice skating rink. Confirmed it and caught them straight away. That's when they became rude and belligerent. They were not happy someone called them out. Didn't change the outcome. But I can help others by letting all who read this how unprofessional and scummy these guys are. Losers!!

Only care about them selfs and not employees
Primo is a dick! My daughter got rushed to the hospital and Primo is refusing to let him leaves BUT when it comes to their own family there's no second guessing ! I'm so glad my husband is getting away from them if this is the way they treat their staff!

Stay away from this company
If you are debating on using this company or someone else please go elsewhere. Totally my mistake for driving into an "fairly empty" parking lot at 10:30pm to pick up my daughter who was across the street (ice rink). Didn't see the small sign and didn't cross my mind I would be towed. Instead, as a dad thought it was best to walk over so that she didn't have to cross the street by herself. Literally 2 minutes later my car is being hitched. No concerns or heart. Tried to explain situation but it didn't matter. Again, my mistake as I didn't think leaving my car for a few minutes would have caused my car to be towed. $220 to get it back from the lot - CASH. You would think that would be the last of it but my car was damaged by the company. They are claiming they had nothing to do with it. My passenger side bumper was detached!!??? This supposedly was caused prior to. I showed them that same night upon realizing the damage to my vehicle. Couldn't care less. As many of the reviews already state - they are rude scam artists looking to make a quick buck. STAY AWAY s they don't deserve anyone's business.

There should be a zero star rating
I parked in an empty lot on a weekend and did not see the no parking sign. 15 minutes later I returned an realized the man sitting on the ledge in front of the place was waiting for me to walk away so he could tow my car. I immediately went to retrieve it and there was massive front end damage to my brand new car that I’d had for only two weeks. The tow truck driver denied he damaged the car even though it was so obvious. Everyone in the office stood around denying they had damaged my car. They charged 138 dollars and asked me to leave. They are cheaters and liars. Run for your life. Don’t do business with liars. Very dishonest all while being arrogant and dismissive. I later learned, if a tow company denies they damaged your car, there is nothing that can be done without a video of the incident or an eyewitness. Please beware. Don’t let this happen to you

Racists
Several Brazilian families I know have been purposefully targeted by this company. In every case, when they went to get their vehicles, they were subjected to abuse and discrimination. The staff there hurled insults, obscenities and slurs at them. The staff ridiculed and threatened them. They take advantage of immigrants and NO self respecting person who is in possession of a working moral compass should willingly do business with these racist crooks.
