I took my vehicle in to have a fuel line replaced. I was quoted almost double what other shops charge and when I said that was a little high they immediately said oh that was the wrong quote and said it was $200 less. Fine, they made a mistake. Had the fuel line replaced and drove the vehicle one mile home. A day later I used the vehicle to go to the airport, the fuel line they installed fell off within three miles. I had to get towed back to this location to have them fix it correctly. I complained to the lady that runs the office telling her I missed a flight and incurred hotel no show fees and flight change fees and she acted like she could care less. They did not apologize, offer to cover the cost of being towed or any of the expenses I incurred due to their negligence.
This location has had many management changes since it first opened and when I saw they had new owners I thought I would give them a try. I won’t be back
