Amber said she had to wait for her vehicle longer than expected. She had an appointment at 9:00 AM. She told them it was her only day off, and she needed the service to be completed that day. She had to get a ride home, and she was stuck all day. She waited for them to call, and she had to call them at 4:45 PM to ask if it was finished. They said it was not, and that it would be ready the next day. She told them they would lose her business if they did not finish it, and she did not have a ride. She was shocked that they were able to finish it after that, and she got a ride to pick it up.
