Knowledgeable and helpful
When my VW’s coolant system warning light started flashing I was concerned about driving it because I didn’t want to potentially damage my vehical or endanger myself. I called Best Way and they explained what I needed to do so it could be driven safely. I took it to their shop where they diagnosed the problem and provided a quote for the repair. Ultimately, I had the vehical repaired elsewhere, but because they were so helpful and knowledgeable I will consider them for future needs.

Frances said she paid a lot of money to have her vehicle fixed, but when she got the vehicle back they told her that she will need to drive it for 100 miles before it will act right, if it does. The vehicle is still doing some of what it was before she brought it in, although not as bad. They told her that if it's still doing the same thing after 100 miles to bring it back in. However, she would still recommend this business for service because she likes them and she trusts them.

Outstanding work and service
My 1999 E36 was acting funny. Occasional misfire, occasional no start. Hanging idle. Justin found water damage to ME. Soldered together a new one from parts to save me $1200 new. Car running no great. Very responsive shop. Vary pleased.

General Service and Brake Job - Excellent
Car was due for general service, however I knew it was time for new brakes. Having a well serviced older car is vital to my well being. The price was quoted and came in under the amount quoted due to difference in price on parts. It is great to deal with people that are forthright, honest, and really great in their work ethics.
