"They did a great service. But the parking area is not so great. "
I felt comfortable leaving my car there for the day while I was at work. They washed and vacuum my car and it was clean. But the parking is not so great because I had to park on the street.

We are sorry for the very poor service experience that you had.  It is however not possible to properly measure the brake pads unless the wheels are removed from the vehicle as the inside brake pads can not be seen without doing so.  This is part of the service that includes a tire rotation.
