We all apologize for the poor performance of our service team.  As we wish to correct any defects in the vehicle, sometimes the hardest problem to solve is also the most simple solution.

We hope changing settings of the Navigation unit on November 14th have corrected the frustration.

We are sorry that we did not perform the service to your satisfaction.  We have taken notice of your concern and will attempt to perform better at your next visit.  Please understand that when we do an oil change, the vehicle entire vehicle is checked (brakes, tires, lights, battery, and fluid levels) sometimes this inspection takes a little longer.  Also, if a car wash is requested that will add to the time of the service. 

We wish to live to your expectations and will attempt to better satisfy you at your next service.

"They did a great service. But the parking area is not so great. "
I felt comfortable leaving my car there for the day while I was at work. They washed and vacuum my car and it was clean. But the parking is not so great because I had to park on the street.
