If I could give this dealer a zero star I would. I’ve purchased 5 Mercedes Benz’s and this has been the worst experience ever! They sold me a car with a problem and then washed their hands of the situation lying to me repeatedly until they finally pushed me off on Mercedes Benz customer service. I called the GM Robert Lisi three times and emailed him twice and never heard back from him. The salesman Alex Sharpan lied to me nonstop just to get me to wait longer. A day after I purchased the car I noticed the problem. I’ve owned the car for three weeks and it’s been in service for two weeks so far and they can’t fix the problem. How a dealer can sell you a car with a problem and then a day later say it’s not their responsibility is beyond me. Avoid this dealer at all costs.
