"Outstanding Service"
Dropped my Jeep off late Sun afternoon with a note about a starter motor issue. I received a call by 0930 on MLK Monday to say that they had identified the fault and could have it fixed and on the road by 1500. This is an outstanding outfit and a real pleasure to do business with. I feel safe and good that my vehicle is maintained by Mercer Automotive.

"Really helped in a bind"
Got our car in when the alternator broke, worked with warrente people to get help with payment. When another problem occured after the repair they did not charge for diagnosis and helped us get around it allowing us to postpone an expensive repair. These guys are great!!!!

Mike said the business did some warranty work for him and they didn't charge him for it. However, they told him the vehicle would be done by 5:00 pm. When he looked at his watch it was 5:30 pm. They didn't call him until the next morning to pick it up.
