Professional Service and a Successful Repair
I brought my 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport to Mid City Tire and Auto after it overheated from a failed radiator fan. Since I was stranded away from home, I appreciated that they let me have the car towed and left there after hours. There was space to leave it next to the building and a secure key drop, which made the process much less stressful.

Aaron at the front desk was great throughout the process. He always answered my calls promptly, kept me updated, and took the time to answer my questions.

They diagnosed the problem, replaced the radiator fan assembly, and I was able to drive home without any more overheating. The temperature stayed normal, even at idle with AC on.

The total for the repair was $1421.94, including a $678 aftermarket fan assembly, $570.24 in labor, and $68.37 in shop supplies, plus tax. The work comes with a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty. I wasn't given the brand of the aftermarket fan, so more detail there would have been nice, but the repair seems to have resolved the issue.

My only suggestions would be around communication. I would have appreciated knowing the manufacturer of the aftermarket fan that was installed. I also would have liked the diagnostic work and any post-repair testing to be listed as separate line items on the invoice so I had a clearer understanding of what was inspected and verified before the car was returned.

Overall, the repair appears to have resolved the issue, and I appreciated being able to get back on the road quickly when I was stranded away from home.
