Treated like a Queen
This was my 2nd trip to Midas on Moreland for regular maintenance, oil change, tires rotated, filters. Rob H is the manager. I was greeted, offered assistance getting in ( I use a Walker), made comfortable and they brought the proposed work sheet to me. The men couldn’t have been nicer. The work was done in an hour, and they even gave me a $20 coupon credit. When I left, Tarico pulled my car right up to the door and made sure I got in safely, even stowing my Walker for me, and Rob brought the receipt to my car. I felt pampered! I will definitely follow up with this shop, and highly recommend them!!

Like the way I was treated.
It was great going to this shop I bout 4 tires and I got great service form the guy at the counter he treated me like a person and not just a costumer it was great would go there again

Horrible
Rip customers off, smoke weed in the shop, and lie to customers to get jobs. Did my brakes and I went hone and it was still messed up. Took it to another shop and they told me it was a bearing all along. Jason worked on my car. I don't even think he is a mechanic an he smelled like weed.

Went For Oil Change Left With Engine Light And Oil Light On
I took my car for an oil change, and there were not any lights on my dash! When I get my car back he (Javier Alonzo) asks me, If I’ve ever had an oil pressure sensor problem because they can’t get my oil light off! I tell him no lights were on before you pulled it in the garage and he agreed! Says they will replace the sensor for free, but decides they will refuse my service once I tell them my engine light has now came on! Tells me the engine light was on when I brought it and he reset it (without my knowledge). I asked for the number to corporate and he refused to give me that. Gave me the number to the “District Manager” and he was just as rude telling me because my car has over 100,000 miles on it it’s not their fault even though before they did my oil change my car had no lights on! I do not recommend them at all!! Then when I asked the “District Manager” for Corporate number he told me HE WAS ALSO CORPORATE!

Destroyed my battery and cable due to negligence
Midas destroyed by battery and my cable through by improper charging the battery and refuses to pay total damages....don't go to that store once you complain they threaten you with arrest

Watch out
I went in with my Jeep because it was having trouble braking. They pulled it apart and explained that everything on the rear brakes needed to be replaced to make it safe to drive. They said the front brakes could wait until I could afford to do more work. They brought me back to show me the parts scattered on the floor under my vehicle (which was on the lift). There was no way to put it back together before they closed, and I didn't know enough to questions the price so I said to go ahead and fix it. The rear brakes on the Jeep cost over $1,400. They were generous enough to apply a $50 coupon. I've talked to various professionals since then and have shown them the receipt that details what was done. They get a sick look on their face when I tell them the cost and they strongly advise me not to go back. Now I am advising you to not use the Midas on Moreland Blvd. in Champaign.
