Unsatisfactory brake service
When you get your brakes replaced, the tech always does a test drive afterwards. This did not happen. I left the shop and when I got up to about 30mph and used my new $870 brake job, the pedal bounced like I had warped rotors. I had spent 2 hours of my day to get this done on Friday so I wouldn't have to do this on my day off (it is a work van). Went back this morning (Saturday) to get it corrected. Waited another hour, the tech did the test drive. Brakes are fine now. No, here is something for your inconvenience, no future discount on services. Just, sorry, sometimes parts are bad but they are under warranty. If the tech had done the necessary test drive, he would have caught the issue and dealt with it right away instead of sending me off to find the problem myself which could have put my life at risk.
I don't usually write reviews but I am so disappointed in the lack of proper work these days. I go to Jiffy lube for oil changes and the receipt says the washed my windshield and filled my washer fluid. They did not. Just tired of getting crappy service everywhere!
