The price that’s advertised isn’t the price you pay?
I usually take my vehicles to Midas and Plastow. The mechanics are very good but yesterday I had an experience with the front desk. Bob quoted me two different prices for a cooling exchange. The first one was reasonable at $125. What I ended up paying was $175 then on the oil change the sign outside says full synthetic for 5999 so I figured I’d pay anywhere from 230 to 250 well it came out to 270 and and nickel and dime me for everything originally you wanted to charge me $295 for total service with an oil change usually you get your tires rotated that didn’t happen. The other thing is I had to bring it to his attention about trying to save me money so he gave me a discount, but it wasn’t nothing to talk about oil changes. I’d use them but for anything else I’ll find someplace else nothing against the mechanics they always do be right.
