I must say the Mike's makes it easy for me to get my car in for an oil change. I called them up and asked if he could get me in some time the following day. He told me that the schedule had some leeway, so call again early in the afternoon to see if an opening was coming up. when I called and spoke to Danielle, she told me that a bay was going to be available in a little bit. By the time I got off work and drive the 20 minutes to Mike's, I walked in and handed the keys over and my vehicle was proceeding to the hoist. No line, no pressure sales, just a group of dedicated people who want the best for my vehicle and me. I really could not ask for more.
