"Thanks for Listening"
One experience that I had with this dealership was not so great, and even though it wasn't so great, there were people that were trying to help the situation. When the dealership noticed that I was not satisfied with my visit, they reached out to me in a very professional manner, and offered to help in some way. I appreciate that the Service Director took the time to speak with me and to listen to me. I would recommend this dealership to someone else, because no one is perfect, and it is in how we respond to our mistakes that shows the kind of character we have.

"They are terrible, I went in for a simple oil change, and I ended up out of my car for 5 days because they lost my key. "
They are horrible, I will never go back and you shouldn't either. Choose a different Hyundai dealership.

I was greeted in a courteous manner, met with a service advisor and was assisted promptly.
The work was done in a timely fashion and they even washed the car! Where does this happen?

"Irresponsible service"
Your car technnician left my car hood open and it opened while driving in the expressway. My daughter's life and my own life was in danger when I went blind at 60 + miles per hr with my vision blocked by the hood.
