Excellent service
We had an exceptional service with Tony from Minnick's Towing and Recovery! Arrived to our friends residence to tow our Antique Ford home. We explained what happened (key locked in car). Tony went above and beyond to get us back on the road again. Even found a "slim-jim" to work on this old vehicle!

Poor driving skills
The company blocked my entire road causing neighbors to have to drive through other people's yards to get to their homes. And then got stuck in the yard delivering to. Worst tow company I have ever seen.

Life savers
The crew at Minnicks are absolute life savers. They are patient, understanding and did their absolute best to work with my wife and me. I've never had such a positive and amazing experience with a tow company. They are truly good and caring people and we appreciate them more than they know.

Locked key in vehicle
Excellent service. Arrived within 15 minutes of being called. Ask for Joe , he has real good people skills. Gave me good advise so this wouldn't happen again

My husband came in and was told by the lady at the counter, I'm sorry but we don't work on gas vehicles only diesel. They fixed a vehicle for us before so not sure what the issue is. ?

I AM TRULY SORRY YOU HAD A BAD EXPERICANCE WITH THIS THIS BUT THE NORMAL SERVICE WRITER WAS OUT HAVING HIS 10TH BACK SURGERY AND THE TEAM WAS OUT EARLY ON WED. AND OFF THURDAY AND FRIDAY FOR THE HOLIDAY, PLEASE LET ME APOLIGIZE FOR ALL OF THAT COME ON BY FOR A FREE SYNTHTIC OIL CHANGE DOME TIME A VALUE OF 91.00 DOLLARS....

Frequent failure of good battery
After unsuccessfuly dealing with a dealership and another auto repair shop for over four months Minnicks in two days correctly rewired what the other auto shop had botched up, located and replaced a broken fuse and kept me informed during the process.
The owner, David, was very nice to deal with and the mechanic, Fred, who diagnosed and fixed the problem even took the time to explain how he did the repair.

For those of you who interested in the details, Fred found the paristicic battery drain to be hundreds of times greater than the allowable drain.

Frequent battery failure.
After dealing with a dealership and another ineffective auto repair shop for months, I am extremely pleased with the diagnosis and repair of my vehicle by Minnicks. Moreover, the desire by Minnicks to diagnose and repair my car problem was outstanding. The mechanic who did the work even took the time to explain what the problem was
and how it was repaired. Such excellent service is hard to find these days.

Honest with Integrity
I moved from Florida to Virginia as a travel nurse. My F250 is my way to pay she tows my fifth wheel. I have struggled to find an honest diesel shop and unfortunately ended up at the dealership more times than not paying through the nose. A flat tire in the middle of the night brought Minnicks into my life. My diesel shop from now on. I know exactly what my bill will be before the work is done. No surprises.
