Misaligned Timing Belt
My wife took her car here for a water pump replacement. Ten minutes after getting the car back, the check engine light came on. We had it diagnosed by our mechanic at home (we broke down in Columbia and had to drive back) and it turned out that the timing belt (which they had to remove and put back on) was put on incorrectly. After calling them and describing the issue, Sarah was dismissive and ended up hanging up on us. Our mechanic at home (30+ years of experience) showed us the timing belt and stated that a timing belt of its age would never become misaligned by itself.

Very dishonest, would not recommend. This set us back approx $1300 in total since we had to get it properly repaired after the fact. We are currently working with our lawyer to sort out this situation.

I would stay away from this place and find another local, more honest garage around.
