A Business with Integrity
I have only serviced my BMW at the dealer. But after the last few visits, the anxiety became overwhelming. I take the car in for scheduled maintenance and all of a sudden another 5-6K worth of issues are diagnosed. I finally decided to tell the dealer, not to bother and took the car to Miraleste with the latest $6K estimated diagnosis from the dealer. They kept the car for an entire day, diagnosed the situation and told me to come back for the scheduled oil change and will address the expensive problems again. Approximately 7 months later I go back because the car requires an oil change along with the dealer’s paperwork. After diagnosing and servicing the car, I am told again I don’t need to do the other dealer recommended services. I am very grateful for their integrity. This is a learning experience for anyone who wants to work with an honest business. Truly, this little shop is just too wonderful from world class customer service to genuine integrity. Thank you for being there and taking care of the community!
