I guess the most important thing for me in using Mobile Mark is the level of comfort I always feel after my car is serviced or repaired. Just finished another oil change and service prior to our upcoming Christmas travels. A rear brake rotor issue was found. Records indicated that the part was under warranty and problem was solved.
