They Wrecked my car after paying over 8k for a new engine
I WOULD NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT A CONSTANT RUN AROUND AND POSSIBLE POOR SERVICE.
So I took my 2017 Wrx to Modern Masters. So said car was owed by some friends that per agreement I took over payments for almost two years now to help all parties involved and build credit for them. It was taken to Craigs shop and Modern Masters. It was taken to his shop because I was getting dicked around from Sharrett in Hagerstown. Me I would rather give my money to a local shop instead of a big toke dealer. With that being said I THOUGHT this shop was reputable...i was wrong. First it took about two months to get started the excuse was they were still "missing parts" that sherbert never gave. I let it go. So Craig gets the car working FINALLY after he and his shop worked on it I take possession on the car. Drive the car maybe 3 miles up the road and EVER light on the car comes on. I take the car back to his shop. Craig is out of town at the time. So one of his employees took a ride with me because Craig stated the car ran fine. While doing our test drive the car lost all power hes guy riding with me told me they would call a tow truck. They did. We get the par back to the shop(forgot i was also charged for extra services i was not told about until after the car was "ready". We get the car back to the shop and his employee run out and says to the employee that rode with me(he was scanning codes) get out of the car Craig is watching you on camera and your not on the insurance yet. So two weeks go buy. I had ordered a new rim for the car since they said mine was cracked. When the brand new run arrived his employee was negligent and bounced the rim off the tire machine messing it up. I told them just take the value of the rim off the bill(I'm still trying yo work with here guys). Two weeks go by and I get a call that the car was totalled in an accident. I was told that Craigs insurance would pay the car off (they did) to the name on the car. And they would cut me a check for the almost 9k I spent up front mind you for services that were never actually finished on the car. After about a month of talking back and forth to Craig and his insurance company who both stated they would handle the bill they stopped returning call or even answering me. They keep deleting or blocking my posts from the truth but i will continue to post this on all forms Craig is a horrible owner and a con artist
