Ms. Williams, you did indeed receive brand new tires. We installed four Cooper Endeavor Plus tires on 11/15/21. 2-3 weeks after you purchased the tires you called and stated one of the tires went flat. We advised you to bring it back so we could check it out; you did not bring the vehicle back until 5/10/22 stating the rear tires were still going flat. After looking at the tires, there was one screw in each of the rear tires. on 5/10/22 you paid to install a tire plug in both of those tires. Per our procedure we keep any odjects that are pulled out of any tires to show the customer.
