"Good Service"
I always receive good service when I come to Krouse's. There is just one problem. I always choose to wait for my truck because I don't have other transportation. I was there on 1/2/18, and it was a bitter cold day. It was so cold in the waiting room that my hands & feet were totally numb when I left. It would be a good idea to put a space heater in the waiting room on really cold days.

Penny said she feels strongly that she was overcharged. It took them an hour and a half to change a fifty dollar gasket and her oil. She and her husband had planned to make this business their go-to facility. They won't go back because they were overcharged for the service on this visit.

"The worse!!"
This use to be one of my favorite places to take my vehicle. Until 3 months KROUSES tore my car up, Cracked my engine, still don't know exactly what they did to my transmission because Bruce would not be honest he lets Megan do all the speaking and she will only say exactly what Bruce tells her to say! Megan gave us her butt to kiss every single day we tried to find out what they did to our vehicle. Although they admitted to the damages done to my vehicle the gave me hell fixing it. Bruce cracked my engine and refused to replace it with a new or refurbished engine. He kept going to junk yards and getting dead engines and would still put them in my car and tell me the car was fixed. Each time I would pull off the lot and the car would give out. That alone showed me Bruce didn't care about putting me or my children in harm's way. Megan is the worst customer service agent you could possibly have working for your business. Maybe it's not everyone shes so rude to, it's only the color group of customers. She treated us horrible because we were concerned about our vehicle that KROUSES damaged.
