that I’m having on a Nissan Versa. I was quoted one price but upon arrival for
pickup the price had increased by $100. While inquiring into reason the price change, Phil, the owner and mechanic got irritated and became irate with me. He first called me a liar, saying that I "Worked on the car or had someone else work on it be of what his facts show". He cursed me & continued on with derogatory racial comments & instructed me, as I stepped inside to pay to "be sure to use the front door because my people fought for my civil rights to do so". I am a black male, a war veteran and a well respected member of the community. I don't know if I offended Phil with my questions and lack of knowledge on this issue but his actions speaks volumes into his character.
His wife, who works the desk, is awesome but Although she did apologize for his actions, I would not recommend this location to anyone.
