Been going here for years, my information is definitely on file, so was deeply disappointed on 01/14/2023 when quoted $322 for pressure hose replacement. Only to find out the guy at the front desk Brandon did not include the cost of parts and hazmat which should have been part of the quote or so I thought? Was shocked when final total was $378.85 felt like a bait and switch. Also observed when another customer wanted more detail regarding his costs and services customer became frustrated with no straight answers. As I stated been going there for years never had this problem before extremely disappointed. Please be careful when provided quotes make sure everything that they are charging you is being included.
