Johanna said the staff is very nice. She took her vehicle there for diagnosis and the staff found what the problem was but told her that they cannot fix it because the warranty has expired. She brought her vehicle to her regular mechanic.

Upon further inspection, the lug nuts were on but not tightened. As a result, they had to return to the business for additional correction.
