i have been there a few times with no choice due to location, but they do rip you off by bumping up the price on all the parts and adding miscellaneous parts to their invoices and miscellaneous labor charges to their invoices. not only that i have recieved the car back with new and different problems to fix. had alternator checked and after repairing, I found a problem with my radio and then battery died, checked fuses and found one purposely misaligned from the fuse slot causing car to lose power. they had me return my car battery, buy their battery and still could not find the problem and then kept fuse in that position when returned to me. did internet search and found a dashboard problem that had a simple fix with an online ordered part but preferred mechanic to do and they refused to do saying they are also in the business to make money, really, without adding extra diagnosis charges despite clearly knowing what the problem was when they already screwed up on the battery issue. when they screw up its ok, when we need a little fairness, forget it. don't know how they sleep at nite charging customers thousands for services where others charge hundreds. their location makes it impossible to even watch your car getting repaired and that is how they screw you over.
