"Awesome service"
Had three recalls on my Sonata and was treated with respect and honesty about the whole procedure. The service staff were very gracious and professional and never made me feel that my questions were not important. Inface all of my questions were very important and that is how I was treated.

I'm used to the service technician resetting my "next service" option in my car. He/she must have forgotten and I had to learn how to do that myself, which is probably a good thing to know.

"Good Service. "
Preston is a stud! He was quickly available when I pulled my vehicle into the drive. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle as well. He made sure to tell me that my vehicle had open service recalls to take care of. This impressed me because I had not even been notified by Hyundai yet. The service was fast and professional. The technician was very clean, and orderly. There were no residual oil spills, and all of my fluids were topped off. The technician also was very professional in performing the recalls. Everything what put back in its place, and cleaned up nicely.
