Even though I have struggles with them. I pay about $100 an hour plus parts. I brought my car in on a Tuesday. I didn't get it back for over a week. I wish they paid attention because they should have known at the beginning that they needed a special tool to put it together. I was offered a rental car that cost me $85 and tunex covered $60. I waited in the shop for 3 hours being told it will be done today. Another car took priority. That is wrong, I think. My car was there for over a week.
My family really needed the second car, but what could I do.
This trip to tunex was over priced figuring I was placed into inconvenience, being with it a car for so long.
Roger, we appreciate your input, because of the fact we did have to obtain special tooling is why we did offer to help compensate the rental car, however, the quality of the work is what is most important to us. I do know that your vehicle was of top priority placed as when the special tool set did arrive, the technician was put on that job immediately, unfortunately, Covid-19 still plays a part in shipping of certain products, and did appearantly create an unknown delay.
