We discovered MAR when we moved here last year. They sent us a coupon in the mail, and I was ready to see whom I could trust with my newly purchased pre-owned BMW 320i. From the start, they have always been helpful, upfront and honest about the services needed, price, and labor. Sometimes the repairs have been more expensive than the original estimates, but that is to be expected when the problem on the car is more serious than we expected. I have never been disappointed by any aspect of the experience. And the best part is, they give me a loaner car so that I can get to work in East Nashville....even when the repair takes a few days. I can't think of many people who do this anymore.
