I was advised previously by Dennis that my oil pan would need to be replaced at some point in near future (been through many, many Rochester winters), so the issue was known in advance and so we scheduled a date for this to be done. Always very happy with my experiences with My-Tee, and no different this time. No complaints whatsoever. Everything well explained that needed to be done, and final bill was within few dollars of Dennis' original estimate from a month or two previous. Since I discovered My-Tee, no other place I want to take my car. Consistently great service.
