The whole experience was sickening.
They practice dishonesty from the time you step inside the door.
Mentioned a few times about ..this “awesome coverage” we were getting for the interior and exterior of the auto….while presenting it as part of some great warranty we were getting if we bought the 2023 KIA. Never ONCE mentioned anything to about us purchasing a warranty…like all honest dealers do. Nope, they just tagged it on while suggesting it was part of some great KIA package.
I asked for a copy of the figures they had presented to us at the table, we were told we would get a copy. They never gave us one, never saw those papers again.
We were told a price to purchase the auto … then they left and upped the price on paper.. returned presenting the “new deal” to us with a straight face while pretending it was exactly what we had discussed prior.
The whole experience from beginning to end was nothing but smoke and mirrors.
Can’t imagine going to work everyday to lie and deceive people. Shameful.
