I signed contracts and initiated a wire transfer for the full amount of a vehicle on Friday night. On Monday morning, my bank called as they couldn't reach the contact person to complete the transfer. I called over to the dealership, the GM Perry answers and tells me they sold the car to someone else on Saturday. Couldn't believe it. They never even called me Saturday to let me know, nor ever mentioned I was in danger of losing the car on Friday. I asked them 3 times to take a credit card deposit if they needed it, but they didn't. Thank goodness my bank called, otherwise the transfer would have been completed and I would have received nothing. Would have had to wait for days or even weeks to get my money back, if ever. I'm not even sure they would so easily give it back. Typical car dealer which is why dealers have such a bad reputation. Would never do business with this dealer again. Be smart and stay way.
