"Ball joint "
Super friendly and accommodating. I did not have an appointment and they were kind of busy, but managed to squeeze me in and replace the balljoint. And it was fairly quick too! Overall great customer service!

Showed up for an oil change, waited an hour only to have someone come and tell me that they couldn’t perform the oil change because a piece was missing from my NEW car. I returned a week later after the part was installed and they did the oil change but did not put any washer fluid in my car and only took $10 off for the inconvenience.

"Great Service, OK waiting area."
Service is good, would like to see on-line service specials ( as most other dealerships in the area do ). Although the waiting & write up area's are only about 2 years old they appear to be more of a 1990's design. Also most other competitive products ( Toyota & Honda ) have a drive in area to begin service. Again the designer of Nashua Hyundai facility "missed to boat" when the service area was designed.
