Not entirely happy with the way my car is returned to me.
I also have to wipe the grease off the steering wheel and shifter every appointment. I put a towel on the seat so no grease will be on my seat. This time, the towel stayed on the seat but other times it's just thrown to another seat or the back. I don't see the use of plastic gloves if they're worn when working on my vehicle and then not removed before getting in and driving the car.

I am happy with the way my car is serviced so I would still recommend to a friend.

Unusual
I typically Go in for an oil change on a Saturday but went on a Sunday this time. The service person at the desk seemed less than amused to be there. Very unfriendly and kind of grumpy. My oil changes are free for me as part of the service plan. I wouod Expect it would be noted on my account so they are not trying to charge me upon check out.

Quick and easy
I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change and air filter replacement which was convienent and quick. The were very friendly and easy to talk to. Covered everything but wasn’t pushy.

Only problem
When the service person applied the State sticker to the inside of the front window, he had to remove a previous sticker, unfortunately he did not clean up the glue from the previous sticker and it's pretty messy. Otherwise the service was good.
