Service appointment
As always, very accommodating with appointment. Service Advisors aim to please and they all achieve that!! Car had protective coat peeling on wheels. Being a 2018 Santa Fe with full warranty, the wheels were sent out for re-painting. They look awesome! Had a 2019 Sonata for the loaner during that tine. All was good.

First visit
I have been to many dealerships for service and this was a new experience for me. I was met with a smile which I feel is the most important of the experience. Next my concerns were listened to and everything was explained up front. I was concerned about a vibration at high speed (80 mph) i was told up front that the tech could not drive my car at that speed but they would check it out and if I still felt the vibration just bring it back and they would hi speed balance each wheel. I was satisfied with that explanation and it was honest. That is all you can ask for.
