Hector said his tires are still grinding. He was told to come back on Monday. When he arrived they didn't have room in the schedule to see him. He did not get the right service.

Ella said the business had performed extra services without her consent. They were going to charge her for the extra services, until she explained, she did not grant them permission. They never told her they were going to do those services in the first place. They had supposedly solved the issue. However, the check engine light is still on.

Ray said he took his vehicle to this business to get his air conditioner repaired. He mentioned this is the third time he has brought his vehicle to this business, and every time it is the last vehicle to come out even though he takes it in first thing in the morning. He expressed he feels like they wait to get started on it until the last minute. During this visit he asked them to look at his front end and brakes while they were already working on his air conditioner. An employee called him to tell him he needed to get an oil change because the oil level was very low, so he told them to go ahead and do that while his vehicle was there. When he went to pick up his vehicle he asked them about the oil change, and they told him there was not one done, but they could do that for him if he would like it done. He mentioned he gets a lot of mixed messages from the mechanics, and he is uncomfortable with the way things are run at this business because it seems like nobody knows what they are doing. He expressed he would definitely not recommend this business for service because of the information already provided.
