"Really don't know what to think!!! NOT FRIENDLY!!"
First time I used Newburgh Automotive since it changed ownership. I was not impressed at all. When I took my car there, it appeared they had nothing to do, because everyone was sitting around. No business I guess, which raised a red flag to me. Then when I went back to get the car, as I walked in the door, the phone rang and the gentleman at the front area was just getting up to wait on me, then he settled back in his chair to have a friendly discussion with one of his buddies, while I stood there and waited. When I made the appointment, they couldn't tell me how much tire rotation was??
Then when I picked up the car, there was no charge for the tire rotation on my ticket, which lead me to believe that there were not rotated. The young man who finally came from the back to wait on me, because the other guy was still talking to his buddy assured me, that the tires were rotated. I have very strong reason to believe that it never happened, because the car was very dirty when I took it as we have had snow etc., and the wheels showed no signs of being handled. I wasn't born yesterday. You don't take dirty wheels off, and not leave smudges or signs of them being handled. The one thing I specifally asked for, didn't take place. I would have been glad to pay for it. I just wanted it done!!
