Our 2014 Buick Verano was dropped off for a standard checkup after driving the vehicle another 4000 miles. All fluids were checked out and the brake fluid was dark so we had it replaced. Tires rotated, etc. What I like about Nick’s Orange County Auto Service is that they treat customers with total respect while giving the customer the very best service possible. Things get done expediently and everything done is very clearly and concisely explained to the customer. The payoff is that our Buick Verano which has been driven 140,000 miles is in great shape mechanically and Nick’s remains on guard to take on any problem which may arise, without them offering any type of needless repairs. And we, their customers, have developed a relationship full of confidence when doing business with Nick’s Orange County Auto Service. Nick’s also did a major service for us in the recent past on the Verano at 130,000 miles involving timing chain replacement as recommended by the manufacturer. The result is that we are very confident in not only the cars that we drive, but in the skilled auto repair craftsmen who serve us at Nick’s. Our 2022 Mazda CX-5 will need a general service check in the near future. Of course I’ll be taking this vehicle to Nick’s for treatment with great automobile repair service as usual. We are completely comfortable in having Nick’s Orange County Auto Service work on our automobiles.
