I recently had a bit of a mechanical saga with my 2011 Lexus RX 350 when I requested major suspension and front end work, however I cannot recommend Richard, Brandon, and their team highly enough, they completely earned my trust. Some of the new components caused old ones to fail, and even though having to return to a shop three times could have easily turned into a frustrating experience, they handled the entire situation perfectly. They were incredibly responsive and their communication was crystal clear every step of the way. They diagnosed and bundled repairs to help save labor time and money. To top it all off, while the car was on the lift, they noticed a defect in my recently replaced rear shocks and replaced both of them under their shop warranty without me even having to ask.
The final out-the-door pricing was extremely fair, they applied a AAA discount to my parts, and I never once felt pressured. If you want a mechanic who actually does the right thing, stands by their warranty, and won't charge you an arm and a leg, bring your car to Richard and Brandon.
