Steve said this experience was fine. There was a previous repair done on the vehicle at a comparable business which went out of business. There were runs in the clear coat. He asked this business to give an estimate to correct this. They did, but the price was high. They did not communicate well with him and try to get the price down so they could do the work. He would have had them do the work if they had been willing to work with him on the price. He did say he would use them again, but he would make certain that the communication was good and open.
