Very Disapointing
I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I brought my car in because it wasn't starting, and instead of getting to the real issue, they tried to convince me to buy a new battery, even though mine had just been replaced. They told me my battery ground wires were faulty, but that wasn’t the problem. Despite my reservations, they insisted on replacing them. After that, I was charged an outrageous $800 for a simple ground wire repair. They also mentioned they don't work on engines and gave me a list of possible issues that didn’t even relate to what was wrong with my car. Unfortunately, I felt misled and taken advantage of. I expected better service, especially given the reputation they claimed to have. I wouldn’t recommend this shop based on my experience.
