Had a problem with the car they misdiagnosed It took to a different repair shop gave them the paperwork that I received from the dealership and they tore the car apart some of the parts were not even needed at the dealership was going to put on And they found the problem which wasn’t the problem the dealership had told me originally had I not known dealership would have repaired the car with parts that weren’t even needed tried to contact dealership twice no return calls back was told they would not refund me the $59 that they charge to diagnose the wrong thing on the car bad business .

I'd like to apologize that your recent service visit was unsatisfactory. We strive to make each and every service visit a pleasant, five star experience, and I absolutely apologize that we fell short of that goal.

I understand that you spoke with our service manager, Matt Gaddis, this morning, and he brought me up to speed on your situation. I absolutely apologize that the concern was misdiagnosed. Noise concerns involving the drive belt system can be very difficult to diagnose, due to the way noises reverberate through the vehicle. We use a stethoscope that is designed for vehicles to pinpoint the noise as best as possible, but even that isn't fool proof. I absolutely apologize that we were incorrect in our diagnosis.

As promised by Matt, we will refund you the money that you paid for diagnosis, taxes included, which comes out to $68.14. I will have a check cut and sent out to you. You should receive it in approximately a week. In addition to the refund, we will take care of your next three oil changes at no charge. Also, the next time you return for service, will fill up your tank of gas at no charge as well. I've put these free items on your account, so they will pop up automatically in our computers whenever you come in for service. Your complete satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is anything else I can do to assist you, please let me know. I apologize that your vehicle was incorrectly diagnosed, and we will certainly do whatever it takes to make things right. We appreciate your feedback, and we value you as our customer.
