Oil change and tire rotation
Service writer could not have been more congenial. The dealership was clean and comfortable. Via the website, I was able to get the service on the following day I inquired. I do not expect this to be the future as the dealership was not particularly busy that day. I did notice that the service manager/writer was quick to greet people arriving in the service department, including helping a customer with a young child and a stroller. The service/manager writer covered the service-although it was 1,500 miles before scheduled according to Hyundai's complimentary service. The service was done quickly to me-although they apologized for what they believed was a delay-and the vehicle was clean and affixed to the windshield was a new oil change reminder. If other dealerships treated people this way, then they would not lose business to independents post-warranty.
