Excellent service advisory staff
Rodger, my service advisor, and all other advisors at Greenway Hyundai are very honest in their dealings. Rodger has made suggestions on what service items were not 100% necessary at the time, and has provided discounts for the needed service. I told Rodger after this last service that the way they work with customers is the thing that keeps me coming back, along with the fact that I always receive excellent service to my vehicle...I will go nowhere else for service to my Genesis.

Always friendly always on time
Darryl was waiting for me when I arrived. I brought my Sonata in for a tire rotation. There was also a recall to update for the computer. The Tire rotation and computer update was completed quickly. Everyone there is always so friendly. Always bring my car there for repairs.

My rep was fantastic and the service was speedy and quality.
The rep that helped me was awesome! He was genuine and kind and didn't try to take me for a ride. He made my experience pleasant and I was at ease the whole time. Other reps through out the dealership were kind as well and acknowledged you with a smile.

I expected the oil service to include topping off fluids and a basic inspection. My front headlight was out and it was not even noted. I left there and went to get it replaced and put in wiper fluid.

Do Better on little things
When you service a vehicle return the settings on seats, mirrors, lights or other items to how the customer presented the vehicle. I got into my vehicle and everything was moved or adjusted. If you move it put it back as you found it! Service is a standard that must be raised in this area.
