My car wouldn't start, so a friend came to jump start it. I had called Outermost Auto before that. They told me that of the jumper cables didn't work we could borrow their battery pack. The cables did work so I drove over for a battery check. After inspecting it they told me that my battery was the original one and well passed the usual length of time they last. I totally trusted the recommendation to get a new battery. About 20 minutes later I was on my way. The service was great and the cost was reasonable.
