Rosa said she does not believe the business handled her situation properly because her vehicle was left under their care and they damaged her vehicle without repairing it on their costs. When she picked up her vehicle the owner told her that they were going to charge her $50 because one of his workers broke her mirror. She was livid because he had the guts to tell her that one of his workers broke her vehicle and want her to pay for the damage that they did. When she initially took her vehicle in for service, they charged her $300 and then told her to pay $50 more to repair the mirror. The mirror cost $30 to order, but she feels that they should fix the damage. Her vehicle is still not repaired and she will never return to the business again.
