Receptionists unprofessional/never keep appointments right
The receptionists at Park Ave “Smiles” mess up appointments ALL the time, I mean seriously, every time!THEY give me an appointment, AND they confirm by texts(2) and calls, I get there and I get “ Ohh you don’t have an appointment today.”(?!?) Really? All day lost, kids taken out from school early, driving, parking and I get this rude, snotty receptionist(s) looking for excuses:”we have too many doctors here”(?) so she is telling me today it is my fault(?!) and too bad,the dr. left.Many Doctors, but you have ONE appointment book, dummy! What a concept! No apologies, just rude, disgusting attitude.My treatment for implant was done and aproved,they lost a patient. Gross attitude like this calls for return karma.
Yuck!
Don’t bother making an appointment, walk away!
