Transparent, Responsive, & AMAZING!!
Luke & really the entire team were nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. I was referred by a friend after I was told by a dealership my car would be in the shop for about 2 weeks for an urgent repair that would cost thousands. I called Parker Imports for a 2nd opinion. They were able to fit me in the same day, diagnosed the actual issue which was a simple fix that would be approx $200 & they completed it in about an hour. I cannot thank them enough & will absolutely take my car back to them the next time I need service 💞
