"I feel confident that I'm getting good service"
I am always treated well when I bring my Subaru in for repairs and maintenance. They take the time to explain what needs to be fine and they guarantee their work. I feel that my Forester has found a good home here!

"That was the best service I have EVER had at Parker Subaru."
My service was truly exceptional. Scheduling with Tiffany was easy. My ASM Joe called me when my vehicle was done, witch was awesome that I didn't have to call like I have had to in the past. He also went over everything with me and made sure I understood what they found. Joe is awesome!!! Keep up the good work.

"Lube, oil & filter service done well, but...."
Service was paid for with a good will voucher issued by Subaru of America in response to our complaint about broken wheel lug nut bolts. So far, 5 broken during or after wheel changes. The service advisor (Joe C) told me that it was due to cross threading the nuts, but also said that he had replaced many of them and he attributed it to the thread pitch being fine thread. I have personally been driving for over 50 years, been a machine builder and service man for over 30 years, and never had an issue with other vehicles. I always torque the nuts with a professional torque wrench after running the nuts on by hand til snug. I believe that the temper was faulty with this lot of bolts, but I have no way of verifying it.

Although I'm a senior, this was the first time I purchased a car by myself. My experience was completely positive. Don worked with me with patience, and lots of humor. I will recommend him to my other little old lady friends.
