This shop does not live up to the high-end image it promotes. In my experience, it operates like a volume shop with little attention to detail. My car was returned dirty, with misaligned body panels. I had to bring it back multiple times and reported the issues to GEICO.
I also had concerns about whether the repairs and labor charges were justified. Ultimately, I had to take the car to the dealership to correct the shop’s shoddy workmanship. Based on the quality of the repairs and the repeated return visits, I would not recommend this shop.
