Great service and faster than expected too
Technician discussed options with me. Gave me good advice. The work was going to take a little longer than expected and I was offered a loaner car. No paperwork to fill out. They handed me the keys and I was on my way. The work was done so quickly I returned the loaner car earlier than expected. So pleased with the great service.

Disapointment
I did not receive the same feed back regarding my passenger side mirror that I did with a mechanic that I did over the phone. I never spoke with anyone from the body shop regarding my mirror the day I brought my car if for my first oil change. I received more in depth information over the telephone when setting up my appointment. I just received an estimate with the mostly costly option. I never spoke with anyone directly that day regarding my mirror just the write with the most costly repair option. I was sitting in the lounge were every customer needed a new battery. The two customers I was seated with declined and said they had no problems with their car and were going to get a second opinion regarding their batteries. I bought my Hyundai because of the warranty, and was actually thinking of trading in my car for a small SUV from the Hyundai family. I left very disappointed. I would completely accept the fact if my mirror needed to be replaced if someone explained the process and had showed me when me on my car, I am also being charged a fee of $100.00 to have a generic mirror painted, the cost of not stocking parts is being passed on to the consumer. I expected a lot more from Hyundai.
